Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply. For international delivery, next day delivery or a specific delivery slot, please call our sales team on 01932 570770 or send an email to sales@tecnauk.com with your request.

Standard applies to all orders on the website, which is 2-3 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We currently accept all major debit & credit cards, as well as PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay

No worries, we all change our mind from time to time! If you let us know as soon as possible, we will get your order cancelled there and then and your money returned to you. If the order has already been shipped, worry not! All you need to do is send the item(s) straight back to us and we will issue a refund (delivery back to us will be non refundable by Tecna UK.)

We always make every effort to ensure your products get to you in nothing less than perfect condition, but if on the rare occasion they do, just give us a call, snap a couple of pics and we will do everything we can to get the issue resolved.
